Take TWO- Ready Set Go

Well, I am preparing for Week Two of summer school.  Last week was a blast for sure.  I really love working with younger children because they say exactly what they feel.  I wish I could share every story I experience but that isn't possible so I will share one little story and a few pictures. 

JDoug went in the cafeteria to eat breakfast and this little boy in kindergarten sat down beside him and began to "chat."  He was so cute and he shared this little story.  I will attempt to spell the words as best I can to ensure you are able to have a true sense of his little words. 

He said:

"I dot on de wong bus yeserday."

I said, "You did?" Then he said:

"I didn't eben know I was going de wong way!"

I thought we were going to crack up.  He was so cute. 

Anyway, here are a few pictures from our week last week.

We had to make our girls in our class go to dance class.  One little girl looked at me and said, "you are kidding me right?  Like, you don't really plan to make me go to dance do you?  I mean, you do know that I am on the football team right?"  Haha, she is on the football team but she enjoyed dance!
